Salon Policies

Booking, Cancellation, and Appointment Day Guidelines

Booking

We request a card on file to reserve all appointments:

Your information is encrypted and we will not use this method of payment unless we have to charge the card for a missed appointment or late cancellation fee. 


On the day of your appointment:

  • Please come alone to your appointment. (This includes children NOT accompanying guests to their appointments).. our place is super cozy but we don’t have the space to accommodate extra people.

  • There is an abundance of street parking we’re at the dead end of Norwood Avenue (our street address is 125 S Clark Blvd but you use Norwood to access the salon! Sometimes it’s easier to gps our neighbors address: 410 West Norwood Ave.

  • Shoot your stylist a text when you arrive, remain in your car, they will let you know when they’re ready for you.

  • Enjoy getting your hair done.


Cancellation Policy

  • We’re happy to wave our cancellation fee the first time (due to illness or emergency) 

  • Once a client has had the fee waved one time, moving forward, this is our policy: 

  • For cancellations/ reschedules less than 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time: the card on file will be charged for 100% of the scheduled appointment time. 

  • For no call/no show: the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment time and it will be left to the discretion of the stylist as to whether the client can book again. 


**Confirmation texts and emails are sent out 72 hours in advance of your appointment to allow plenty of time to cancel before the 48 hour window.**


It can be impossible for stylists to fill these spots on short notice. When we don’t have clients, we don’t get paid. Thank you for trusting us with your hair and respecting our time.
