We prefer to start with a personalized approach even before you arrive at our salon. Please fill out our consultation form, which helps us collect detailed information about your hair. This allows us to create the best plan for your needs and schedule your service efficiently.

 

Extensions

To ensure we provide the best possible experience during your in-salon consultation for extensions, please complete our extension consultation form. This form will help us understand your current hair condition, desired extension style, and any specific goals or concerns you might have.

Once we receive your completed form, we’ll review the details and contact you during our business hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM) to schedule your consultation. During the consultation, we'll discuss your extension options, address any questions you have, and outline the next steps.

Color

To help us tailor the best experience for you, please complete our color request form. This form will gather your hair history, current photos, and images of your hair goals (you can easily upload photos directly from your phone).

After reviewing your information, we'll reach out during our business hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM). We'll discuss the optimal plan for your hair, provide pricing details, answer any questions you may have, and check appointment availability if you're ready to proceed.

You can conveniently book your color appointment online. If you don’t find a suitable time, please join our waitlist, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. While not all of our stylists offer online booking for every service, we do monitor waitlist notifications and will contact you accordingly. Feel free to mention your preferred stylist in the comments on the waitlist form.

After booking your appointment, you'll receive an email with a color form. It’s crucial to complete this form as soon as possible, and no later than 72 hours before your appointment. This helps us ensure that we allocate sufficient time for your service and determine if a different stylist might be a better fit for you.

Important: If the color form isn’t submitted within 72 hours, we’ll send a reminder. If it remains unsubmitted 48 hours before your appointment, it will be canceled, and you’ll receive a notification of the cancellation.
